This is a sequel to my last article about Intermittent Fasting. I want to share the meal plan I created for myself to follow IF. The reason being that I was not able to find an adequate example which would help me to better understand the approach. After researching and reading about the principles and how-tos, this is what I created for myself.
Okay, it’s been a while since the last post. But. But everything has it’s time and sometimes you can’t push too hard. Lately I was quite busy with some other, arguably, more important things in my life, thus the blog was postponed. It is just a matter of priorities and I prioritized. And now I just feel like posting about my progress again.
Sometimes I just feel beaten by information, yet I continue doing the same on and on. Things like checking my phone even though no new notification arrived, or staring at the Home screen and thinking which app to re-launch. Why?
Have you ever wondered that there is so much motivational stuff everyone? This is what the headline question represents when I say it. In recent few years a lot of people tend to engage in motivation, self-improvement, out-of-comfort-zone thinking, etc. But what do you think is the cause?
It’s time to share some Progress of mine. Since it all began with my first real Breakthrough some time has passed. It’s not been all roses but shit as well and I also had though times while arriving where I am at the moment. But I did enjoy it, because everything is a part of the journey. Life is a journey.
Mindset is the most important personal asset in anybody’s life. It is principally in charge of the quality of person’s life. This all sounds very easy, doesn’t it? You just need a correct Mindset, should be easy, but in fact it is one of the most difficult things for a man to compile.
Just a moment ago I realized one thing that might be obvious to some of you. It already was in my subconscious mind because it is somehow natural but I have not stated it clearly when I defined what Progress means to me.
The fact is that Progress is a purely personal thing.
Of course, it can have impact on people around you. This may happen when you work on improving your relationships that people involved will notice if you decide to stop wasting your time with them. Also when you choose to change your behavior because you realized that you need to shift yourself in some way. But ultimately it is a thing that is yours only. You are the person who invests energy in order to move forward and you are the person who will harvest the outcome. And that is good news because no one is ever able to take from you the Progress you already made.
Also it is imporant to recognize the fact that making Progress is sometimes selfish. Occasionally you will need to make decisions and simply prioritize yourself, but you are the person that is the most important to you.
Make Progress people!
