This is a sequel to my last article about Intermittent Fasting. I want to share the meal plan I created for myself to follow IF. Mindset is the most important personal asset in anybody’s life. It is principally in charge of the quality of person’s life. This all sounds very easy, doesn’t it? You just need a correct Mindset, should be easy, but in fact it is one of the most difficult things for a man to compile.
There is a time in a person’s life called adolescence. It is when you think you are already old enough to know better, but in fact you only think that. You know nothing. There is no firm age range when this should be happening. Although it is meant to be while in teenage years, for some it may happen in their twenties, or later, or never. Some may experience it multiple times. It is often a period when you make your huge personal Breakthrough, you change your life in some way. And change is the Progress.
Perhaps the only important definition I need to spell out is what does the Progress mean to me. Naturally, everyone has own understanding and due to that I want to share mine so you can understand how I measure Progress.
